At DLPerry.com the focus is on “Intuitive Website Design”.
I (and most of the buying public it seems) believe that when it comes to business website designs -- less is more, and form simply must follow function.
Design should be intuitive, clean, readable and appropriate
for the content presented... navigation should be intuitive, functional and easily used.
About ‘Design’ as a whole - maybe not so much. But in Website Design - there’s more ‘intuition’ at work than you might realize. For example:
There are important proven expectations that internet viewers have developed over the years that still hold true today, and woe be it to the business website that fails to follow these rules.
My ever expanding Industry Design Experience affords me a unique understanding of these rules.
I will develop your new site design, layout, and navigation
(or revamp an existing one), to meet your viewers ‘hidden requirements’.
An emphasis is always placed on site usability.
1 usability -- <programming> The effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction with which users can achieve tasks in a particular environment of a product.
High usability means a system is: easy to learn and remember; efficient, visually pleasing and fun to use
